Requirements

Duties& Certification Obligation

Asa Quality Assurance agent youwill :

• Completea certification course that typically takes 12hours.
• Joinand participate in all communication channels made available to youfor yoursuccess.
• Uponcertification you will be assigned a test call to complete whichwill showcase your knowledge and understanding of the project andits requirements movingforward.
• Certifiedagents will be assigned a weekly list of businesses to call whereyou will pose as acustomer.
• Documentyour experience evaluating professionalism product knowledgeengagement and overall customerservice.
• Submitdetailed feedback for each call ensuring accuracy andthoroughness.

Expectations

• minimumof 6 months customer service experience (call center experiencevirtual orinoffice)
• consistentlymeet deadlines and follow providedguidelines
• performcalls independently with minimalsupervision
• maintainhigh standards of accuracy and attention to detail in yourevaluations
• demonstratestrong communication skills both written andverbal

Compensation

earn$3 per call with the potential to makeup to $30 per week bycompleting 8 or morecalls
