Lead Technical Program Manager (BCDR, Security, Compliance)

What you'll do This role will partner across multiple teams (engineering, support, security, compliance, customer success etc.

to enable deeper integration points which in turn will result in more rapid innovation. Docusign is in the midst of a technology and cultural transformation, transitioning from a Private Cloud Infrastructure to the Public Cloud (Azure), and you will play a key role in this transition, driving the evolution of our operations and a move to a true DevOps culture.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting te to Vice President, Engineering. Responsibility Design, own, and oversee the vulnerability management process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and remediate vulnerabilities Ensure timely reporting and communication of vulnerability findings Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards Develop and maintain audit frameworks and controls Monitor compliance metrics and address any gaps Collaborate with the security team to enhance overall security posture Participate in incident response and security incident management Stay informed about emerging threats and security best practices Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans Conduct regular drills and exercises to validate readiness Coordinate recovery efforts during incidents Regularly brief the executive team on vulnerability management and security matters Engage with representatives from different business units to provide necessary support Foster strong working relationships across the organization Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 12+ years of experience working directly with the engineering team in vulnerability management, security, and compliance, BCDR Understanding of vulnerability scanning tools Understanding of security frameworks and regulations Preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information to diverse audiences Relevant certifications Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery Familiarity with cloud security and DevSecOps practices Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations : California : $151,800 - $245,150 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area) : $145,800 - $214,350 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
