Location : Los Angeles, California Metro Area
Work Schedule : 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day Remote
Compensation : $185,000 - $215,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a fast-growing company in the Los Angeles Metro Area, is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function.
This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing key insights to support executive decision-making.
The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
The position requires the candidate to work on-site 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including managing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to guide financial planning and business decisions.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational goals.
Manage the capital allocation process, including conducting scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting key financial insights to executive leadership.
Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.
Continuously enhance FP&A processes and reporting systems to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Director of FP&A or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong track record of providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Experience with M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranging from $185,000 to $215,000 per year, depending on experience.
