Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages

Instead of having a vast menu where quality can get lost in the sauce, weve focused on a handful of delicious options and put our efforts into being the best in the industry.
Our success in the South has allowed us to expand to locations across the country with more expansion plans on the books! This journey wouldnt have been possible without our Management teams and hourly crew.
Title of Position : Restaurant Manager
Job Description : The Restaurant Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive good results through people development, sales and profit growth.
The Restaurant Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle.
This person must be a creative team player who enjoys hard work, loves to have a great time and shows true commitment to their career.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) concept
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.)
