At Little Stars Therapy Services (LSTS), we offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach programs.

A Day in the Life of a Behavior Technician
- Direct Support : Provide one-on-one instruction to clients in classroom, home, and community settings.
- Skill Development : Work on communication, social skills, toilet training, functional play, and gross / fine motor skills.
- Data Collection : Monitor and record clients' progress toward behavioral goals each day.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other Behavior Technicians and Supervisors to ensure consistent and effective ABA therapy.
- Training : Participate in a comprehensive two-week training course to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed.

- Passion for Special Needs : A strong desire to help children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Team Player : Ability to work well with colleagues and supervisors.
- Patience and Resilience : Maintain composure during challenging moments.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous in following protocols and recording data.
