We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team in downtown Little Rock. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start a career in insurance sales.
You will receive hands-on training and company-paid coaching to ensure your success. First-year compensation can range between $35,000 - $65,000 per year.
- Base Salary : Competitive
- Commission : Uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals to drive agency growth.
- Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to clients' needs and goals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to build client loyalty and retention.
- Call potential clients to provide insurance quotes.
- Use our lead management system to follow up with potential clients.
- Continuously develop sales skills through training and coaching.
Requirements
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
- Have a positive mindset and be eager to learn.
- Be a team player who is customer-focused and self-driven.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Be coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
