Overview :

As a Technical Product Leader focused on Cloud and DevOps, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that align business needs with technology.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI / UX designers, data engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Cross-functional Leadership : Act as a bridge between the development team and business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on technical aspects.
  • Architecture Alignment : Collaborate closely with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure the product's architecture aligns with business goals.
  • Backlog Management : Prioritize features and technical debt, manage the product backlog, and ensure that the infrastructure meets scalability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Solution Design : Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Technology Selection : Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
  • System Integration : Define and oversee the integration of various software components, third-party systems, and APIs to create cohesive and interoperable solutions.
  • Prototyping and Proof of Concepts : Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders.
  • Observability Implementation : Design and implement observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities, to ensure visibility into platform performance, health, and behavior.
  • Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to solution architecture and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Optimization : Collaborate with developers to optimize the performance of software applications, conducting performance analysis and implementing necessary optimizations.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering and architecture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Owner, or in a similar role within software engineering.
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software architecture.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and product management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Expertise in digital platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python, with a strong foundation in software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and management.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.
  • Proficiency in using Git for version control, branching, and merging strategies, ensuring effective collaboration and code management across development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
