Warehouse Manager
As Warehouse Manager, you will provide essential quality guidance to all managers and supervisors in accordance with our Quality Manual.
Your role involves offering critical training and resources, soliciting input from the Administrative Manager and Supervisors to enhance quality, and making sound decisions on quality issues.
You will be responsible for the performance of a team of at least 70 people and will serve as the ISO-9000 / AS Site Coordinator, ensuring our Quality System is established, implemented, improved, and maintained at all facilities.
You will also be accountable for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of the facility and its equipment, as well as directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and direct programs to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility
- Plan and schedule all distribution services, including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned / damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to meet customer requirements efficiently
- Ensure products meet and exceed ISO-9000 quality standards and address quality issues effectively
- Provide detailed analysis on defects and initiate actions to prevent the production of non-conforming products
- Recommend improvements for plant processes, equipment, and facilities to enhance overall product quality
- Issue Quality Alerts and Bulletins to relevant departments when necessary
- Quarantine suspect material / product to protect and uphold customers' quality standards
- Act as a Customer Service Representative for quality issues, performing problem-solving and corrective action analysis reporting
- Regularly report the performance of the quality system for management review
- Coordinate and assist with ISO 9000 / AS registration audits
- Submit budgetary information to track and control expenditures
- Serve as the Material Review Board Facilitator
- Ensure a Continuous Improvement Philosophy is maintained
- Make day-to-day quality decisions regarding product on the floor
- Maintain failure mode and effect analysis on an ongoing basis
- Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower
Skills and Qualifications :
- 4 plus years of direct experience in a similar position
- Experience in Aviation warehouses / sites required
- Extensive experience in warehousing management with broad knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain
- A wide range of management skills, particularly in leadership, supervision, motivation, communication, and planning
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and stand-up pallet
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and climb, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand for up to 8 hours per day, including overtime as required
- College Degree Preferred
