- 7-on, 7-off schedule with some swing potential
- Intensivist team onsite and open ICU
- Responsible for rapid response, but codes typically handled by the ED
- See 16 - 18 patients per day
- Onsite services include birthing, critical care, general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and more
