The Executive Compensation and . Regulatory team develops strategically-aligned global compensation programs that seek to attract, retain, and reward our world-class talent while also adhering to various global regulatory requirements.

Our Regulatory team is tasked with tracking, interpreting and presenting on various changes to rules and regulations promulgated by various international agencies that impact our performance management and incentive compensation programs.

The Regulatory team is responsible for apprising the Board of Directors, its Compensation Committee, and Senior Management of various regulatory requirements and also designing, developing and implementing changes to our performance management and incentive compensation programs when prompted by regulation.

The team also coordinates regulatory efforts across the globe, ensuring consistency of application and responses. This function requires liaising with senior stakeholders, other departments such as Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, and Risk and will also involve providing support to other HCM functions, including the Firmwide Compensation Group.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee development of regulatory-related compensation processes
  • Responsible for creating and presenting various regulatory-related materials for the Board of Directors, the Board Compensation Committee, Global Remuneration Committees and senior management
  • Assist with the production of materials for quarterly Risk Management and Compensation Working Group meetings
  • Conduct various outlier and backtesting analyses used for regulatory reporting
  • Assist with required regulatory submissions where appropriate
  • Manage the firm’s covered employee identification process
  • Stay abreast of trending topics in compensation regulation, including policies of the Federal Reserve, SEC, stock exchanges, and other relevant constituencies
  • Analyze impact of . comp-related regulations on the firm
  • Work with international Exec Comp teams to track global regulatory changes impacting compensation processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and writing skills with ability to succinctly summarize difficult issues and assess impact
  • Time management skills prioritize workload to anticipate and meet deadlines
  • Good judgment knowing when to escalate an issue
  • Energetic and team-oriented
  • Very strong computer skills required including Word, Excel and Power Point

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field in HR
