LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

This nursing position is eligible for a $7,500 sign on bonus!

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $30.42 - 32.44 / hour.

Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care / Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN

• Nursing schedule includes;
• 64 hours every 2 weeks
• Evening shift; 8 hour shift
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

• Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Required :

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and / or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.

BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice

• 0-1 years of experience
• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines

Preferred :

• Vocational / Technical Training or Associate Degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• MS Office, Excel, and Word
• Point Click Care knowledge
