Compensation :

$76,500 - $186,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Engage with leads consistently to drive sales growth
• Consult with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific needs and preferences, facilitating successful transactions
• Emphasize a consultative approach to provide exceptional service and valuable advice, fostering long-term client relationships and referrals
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about properties and neighborhoods
• Prepare written purchase offers efficiently to expedite the closing process

Qualifications :

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office / Google familiarity
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license or the motivation to get one
