- Musthave 10 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in thelast 3years.
- CleanMVR with no DOT Preventable accidents in the last 3years
- Absolutelyno SAP drivers can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcoholtest.
- NoMajor moving violations in the last 3 years. Includes both personalandCMV.
- Notermination from previousjobs
- NoDOT Recordable accidents in the last 4 years and cannot have morethan one incident in the last 18months.
- Nomore than 4 jobs in the last 3years
- NoDUI in PMV (never in CMV) in the last 7 years and only one in alifetime
