This is a fully onsite role (M-F) in downtown Ft. Worth.

Job Details
Is your background a fit?
- Bachelor's degree (REQUIRED)
- Excellent MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge
- 5+ years in an administrative assistant role with experience supporting an executive staff in a corporate environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent project planning, management and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things / direction quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
- Solid, stable work history
- Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week (non-negotiable)
What will you be doing?
Along with 6 other team members -
- Manage personal and business support assisting with very complex calendars and schedules, travel coordination and general operational functions
- Manage vendors and serving point of contact
- Research and develop new ideas and projects
