As an Account Executive a typical week would likely include :

Meeting with Contractors and engineers' in the Building Automation market to provide technical solutions to solve their business issues.

Working with Customers to creatively solve issues that cost money, increase energy consumption or increase construction costs.

Designing and Estimating state of the art building system solutions.

Proposing and closing a strong pipeline of opportunity in the market.

This job might be for you if :

You're an experienced hunter in the BAS / BMS / Automation space. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions.

You don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it.

You think on your feet. You like learning new things and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.

You are a great communicator. You are able to explain a technical concept to a non-technical person. You're capable of listening to a customer's issue and communicating a plan of action that addresses their concerns.

When required, you are able to tell a customer No while still making them feel okay.

You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.You're going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.

To be a great fit for this position you should have some technical Sales experience in the construction, building automation or engineering world.

This experience could be time spent with an organization where your opportunity is limited. Here the market is wide open for our candidate.
