As a Real Estate Associate Attorney at the firm, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate and land use planning issues, making a significant impact in the legal field.
In this role, you will leverage your 2-5 years of experience to handle the acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
Knowledge of environmental, natural resources, water, and corporate law will be advantageous.
You should possess outstanding academic credentials and a steadfast commitment to ethics. The firm values motivation, hard work, and effective communication skills, as you'll work autonomously on many aspects of your cases.
To thrive in this role, candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or willing to become one. If you are not currently a member of the Utah Bar, you should be a member of the bar of another state in the U.
S. Your 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and land use planning will be critical to your success in this position.
