This position supports a customer and product-focused sales culture through sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are committed to creating an engaging environment where our teams can learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment.
  • Merchandise new products timely and accurately.
  • Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers.
  • Handle visual materials, signage, and store displays as directed.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Customer Experience

  • Support MAPS principles to deliver exceptional service and an omni-channel experience.

  • Promote collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Seek growth opportunities and feedback.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork orientation.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Walking / Standing : 67-100% of shift.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. : 1-33% of shift.
  • Climbing : 34-66% of shift.

    • Starting at $14.81 / hour or local minimum wage. Benefits include employee assistance and discount programs. Location : 5440 - The Promenade Shops at Centerra.
