Location : Montana (Remote)

Job Type : Fulltime, Next School Year Contract - Work From Home

Pay : $42 / Hour

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students in our district remotely.

The Virtual School Psychologist will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success, social-emotional well-being, and overall development.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide virtual counseling and intervention services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies for supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth in a virtual learning environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and develop intervention plans.
• Provide virtual crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and communications with students and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about best practices in virtual school psychology and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Montana.
• Experience providing school psychology services in a virtual or remote setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and behavioral interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms and educational technology tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
