Job Description :
We are looking for General Laborers that are interested in learning the roofing trade. This is an amazing opportunity to start a life long career.
You will be trained to perform the job, and training will be paid.
Responsibilities :
- Installation : Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Repair : Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.
- Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Customer Service : Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor
- Physical Fitness : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
Must be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs.
- License / Certification : Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliability : Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Communication : Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
