Director of Sales Operations
The role of a Director of Sales Operations involves overseeing and leading the sales efforts related to tooling services and molding solutions specifically targeted at injection molding processors
- Must live within a two hour driving distance to Chicago
- Must have experience managing, developing, and holding accountable a sales team
- Strong operations experience in defining the sales process and playbook
- Experience with a CRM
- Has documented success showing increase in sales revenue along with the KPI's
