Sungold , the new restaurant at Arlo Williamsburg, is now open and we are looking to expand our team. Our menu has a Mediterranean backbone and relies on seasonal vegetables, well-raised animals, handmade pastas and breads, and wood fire.
Successful candidates will have :
- At least two years of fine dining and / or high-volume experience in New York City
- Understanding of sanitation practices and NYC DOH regulations
- Personal knives and tools
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife cuts
