Position Summary :
We are seeking dedicated Virtual Nurse candidates to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in blending traditional healthcare with innovative technology.
Serving a diverse adult population, you will collaborate with on-site clinical teams across various healthcare systems to provide exceptional virtual inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage patient admission and discharge processes effectively.
- Collaborate with on-site care team members for comprehensive virtual inpatient care.
- Educate patients and families, facilitating a thorough understanding of care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Mentor and coach bedside nurses and care team members.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Current unencumbered RN (Registered Nurse) license or compact nursing license.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Proven nursing skills with a focus on assessments and care coordination.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using technology.
- Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
- Valid BLS (and ACLS, if required) certification.
- Commitment to maintaining hospital-based credentials.
