PennState Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Orthopedics Supervisor for a nursing job in Campbelltown, Pennsylvania.

Job Description & Requirements

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Responsible for serving in a lead capacity by assisting with supervision of clinical staff; for providing leadership and orientation to clinical personnel;

and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients. Serve as a role model, leader, consultant, collaborator, educator, and clinician within a specialty area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Five (5) years clinical RN experience required.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Experience in specialty area preferred.
• Certification in a specialty area preferred.
