Practice Details :

  • 10 Operatories
  • Technology : iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays (No CBCT or CEREC)
  • Patient Base : PPO & FFS
  • Clinical Focus : Comprehensive General Dentistry, Open to Experienced Doctors or Strong New Grads
  • Support Team :

    • 2 Full-Time Hygienists

  • 1 Part-Time Hygienist
  • Fully Staffed Front & Back Office Team

    • Flexible Schedule Options :

  • Tuesday : 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday : 12 PM - 6 PM (Can adjust start time earlier if needed)
  • Friday : 8 AM - 3 PM
  • Optional Monday Schedule Available if you prefer a full 5-day week

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Collections-Based Compensation Plan with a 99% RCM / Collections Rate
  • Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections :

    • 30% for collections under $60,000 / month

  • 32% for collections between $60,000-$80,000 / month
  • 34% for collections over $80,000 / month
  • Average Daily Production : $4,500 / day

    • A doctor collecting $90,000 / month can expect to earn approximately $27,800 / month or $333,600 / year under this plan

  • $700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days
  • No Lab or Supply Fees / Adjustments
  • Employment Options :

    • W-2 Employee

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Service Member Option (1099 IC with access to benefits plans)
