Job Summary
Provides administrative support to the service and repair technicians as well as management. Assists with the day-to-day operation of the repair department.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Creates and maintain customer orders, bids, quotes and verify bid pricing.
- Follows up on orders, special order parts status, part order issues, backorders, etc.
- Maintains the schedule of technicians, manage the tracking and completion of repairs, margin and maximize labor hours, and run weekly reporting to maximize technician labor billing.
- Partners with technicians to replenish van stock inventory, placing P.O.s with vendors, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Resolve customer invoice issues, credits, rebills, vendor returns, manage warranty repairs, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Inputs service data into Cumpuclean - Spartan's Software System (Innoserv and CFS).

- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.
Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training / certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
