Veterinary Operations Director
We are seeking a skilled and experienced veterinary operations director for an independently owned practice located in the North East.

This will not be a remote position or partially remote. We will need boots on the ground. The practice has 200-250 employees including veterinarians.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, great attention to detail day-to-day, but able to understand the big picture and how every piece of the practice works together.
While an MBA is desirable, it is not required. Experience in all aspects of veterinary practice is mandatory. A completed business degree would be very helpful.
Cultural fit will be of utmost importance in this role.
Minimum Requirements :
- Completed college degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to direct and lead a team of diverse people on a daily basis.
