Our client is seeking an extremelypionate and detailoriented Project Manager to join their dynamicteam. If you are motivated to grow your career they have a seat foryou!

Salary : $100K$115K / Year

Responsibilities :

  • Abilityto plan organize and execute $5k to $1M jobs with a total budgetrange of $1M to $6M peryear
  • Effectively manage multipleprojects based on shifting deadlines and requirements that adhereto elished budgets and clientexpectations
  • Work closely with highprofile homes and clients maintain client privacy and personalprofessionalism at all times.
  • Workwith Crestron Control4 Savant and Lutron controlsystems
  • Work closely with otherdepartments to move projects forward towardscompletion
  • Responsible to attendsite walk through checkin visits and job completion walkthroughs asneeded
  • Follow industry standards andbuilding codes for low voltageinstallations
  • Responsible forquality control of project relateditems
  • Supervise a team of 36technicians at a time.
  • Coordinatewith other teams depending upon the scope ofwork.
  • Enthusiasm for working in amulticultural team with diverse heritage processes andpeople

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Atleast 4 years of Audio Video or Home Automation experience notrequired but preferred.
  • Ability todetermine problems and deliver project solutions with a high levelof customer satisfaction.
  • StrongTechnical Experience in AV or LowVoltage
  • Deep understanding ofconstruction site processes andstandards
  • Ability to read plans anddiagrams
  • Flexibility to traveloccasionally or work overtime asneeded.
  • Ability to workindependently with minimaldirection.
  • Demonstrate provenleadership and communicationss.
  • Detail oriented resilient eagerto learn and has willingness toimprove
  • Able to execute numerouscompeting priorities effectively with good timemanagement
  • Must promote the Companyscore values to all employees vendors clients and businesspartners
  • Must be selfmotivatedpositive professional and willing to help create develop andimplement process improvements
  • Apion for Home Automation is aplus

Qualifications :

  • Havevalid drivers license and good drivingrecord
  • Experience in ProjectManagement and / or Low Voltage for at least 5 10years

Travel :

Travelis rarely required for this position though some projects mayrequire outofthearea and overnight travel. Must have a valid drivers license and motor vehicleinsurance.
