Budget Blinds of Eugene & Springfield is a dealer of custom window coverings, shutters, soft treatments and window film for both residential and commercial clients in greater Lane County.
Flexible schedule and Budget Blinds provides you with tools to reach your potential and be successful.
Must understand the sales process from lead generation, managing a pipeline of prospects, to meeting with customers and closing business while at all times providing excellent customer service.
Must be able to ask questions to understand clients needs and have excellent relationship building skills. Must be an emotionally intelligent risk taker that is resilient and understands that no means the next opportunity.
Applicant must have the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate in a team environment.
The Design Consultant is responsible for Networking and developing personal leads along with accepting company generated leads to fulfill sales quotas.
Home shows, Tour of Home participation and one Saturday per month (if needed) are required. Applicant must be able to advise clients on window coverings, features and benefits, measure window (with a laser and / or tape measurer), close sales and collect deposits.
The design consultant must be an intrinsically motivated self-driven individual that can accomplish tasks without being directly monitored.
Desired applicant will have proven outside sales experience. Design experience with window coverings and / or soft fashions a plus.
Must have a valid ODL, bondable and pass a drug screening test.
