Position Summary : Are you a very detail-oriented Nurse with strong documentation skills and knowledge of Home Care forms?

This Nurse plays a critical role by ensuring the completion, accuracy, and compliance of our clinicians’ Home Care electronic documentation forms.

This Nurse will also act as a clinical resource for matters related to client documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Review client charts for completion, correctness, and accuracy
• Ensure compliance of documentation to meet Federal, State, and Insurance guidelines
• Be a clinical resource for matters pertaining to documentation and OASIS forms

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
• Proven attention to detail
• Knowledge of Home Health practices and policies
• Familiarity with OASIS is preferred

Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes : If you're a military member transitioning to civilian life, we value your service and skills.

Applicable MOS codes for this role include :

• Army : Practical Nursing Specialist (MOS 68C)
• Navy : Hospital Corpsman (HM)
• Air Force : Clinical Nurse (46NX)
• Marines : Hospital Corpsman (HM)
• Coast Guard : Health Services Technician (HS)
