About The Position
Job Title : Pharmacist Job Specialty : Inpatient Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, 12-hour shifts, 36-hour guarantee Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years of current critical access / rural hospital experience required;
previous travel experience preferred License : New Hampshire State License required Certifications : BLS (AHA) required Must-Have : Own vehicle required as public transport is not available in this area Job Description : Provide pharmaceutical services for the hospital- Interpret provider prescriptions and medication orders- Dispense prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals- Ensure quality and compliance standards are met- Participate in an 8-hour non-billable orientation- Work holidays if needed- Complete a profile with work history and a skills checklist pertinent to the position, current within 1 year- Provide 1 supervisory signed reference from employment within the past two yearsNote : Weekend responsibilities are to be determined, and holidays are required if needed.
