Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Entertainment field who is looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to take over and support one of their business units.

We are looking for qualified candidates with 7-14 years of true HR Business Partner experience coming from the Entertainment, Media, Music, or similar type of industry.

This opportunity is looking to pay between 144k-188k on a direct hire basis and will fully in the office located in Century City.

Job Specifications :

  • Supporting Business Unit with all HR needs
  • Provide HR employee relations and performance managment support
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics
  • 7-14 years of true HR BP experience required for role
  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred
  • Strong experience in employee relations needed
  • Experience in professional development needed
  • Experience in the Entertainment, high fashion, cosmetics, or media background highly preferred
