Flexographic printing Press operator for 1st and / or 2nd shift : 10 hours per day, 4 days per week, 2 + years' Experience is a must with Nilpeter and Roto press narrow web.
you will be expected to carry out accurately and precisely detailed instructions from job ticket. Identify possible problems and correct them promptly.
Set up / adjust equipment for runs to meet specifications. Operator must be able to see color and make adjustments to match Panton libraries.
Monitor product for quality during job runs. Check preciseness of detail against specifications. Take action to correct any problems.
Monitor equipment during job runs. Remain alert to mechanical problems and refer as necessary to maintenance.
Initiate the start up and running of jobs in keeping with production schedule.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Meet standards for output, waste, and spoilage.
Keep workspace clean and organized for efficiency.
Accurately complete related logs and paperwork for data entry.
