Job Overview : We are looking for a skilled and passionate Training Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities.
In this role, you will lead the training and development initiatives across all staff roles within our pediatric dental offices, driving excellence in operations and patient care.
Key Responsibilities : Regional Support : Provide on-site training and operational support across various offices in the region.
Staff Training : Develop and lead training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Best Practices : Establish and uphold best practice procedures to maximize patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance.
Liaison Role : Act as a bridge between non-clinical support functions and in-office personnel to ensure seamless operations.
Onboarding : Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring a smooth integration process.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 3 years in the dental field, with a focus on training.
Language Skills : Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
