About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2 years of TELE / PCU experience required;
accepts first-time travelers License : Compact or State License required at submission Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have : Comfortable with insulin drips, heparin drips, possible cardiac drips- Ability to work every other weekend- Return staff policy : Must be gone for 90 days to return as a traveler Job Description : Maintain a patient ratio of up to 1 : 4-5- Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are required, with medical / religious exemptions only- Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliated hospitals- All candidates must submit references- Ensure compliance with travel and hiring policies, including background checks- Previous employment at this facility must be disclosed at the time of submission- Participate in PACU call policy with specified call hours and response times- Attend 8 hours of orientationPlease ensure any previous employment details are included in your profile for rehire eligibility checks.
