Real Estate Legal Manager, Senior - Competitive Salary Package
Position based in Phoenix, AZ
Our client, a well-established national real estate organization, is looking to expand their legal team with the addition of a Senior Manager specialized in Real Estate Law.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office) that ensures an excellent work-life balance and opportunities for career growth.
As a successful applicant, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with the organization's senior Vice Presidents as well as experienced paralegals.
Your responsibilities will include working extensively with internal departments such as leasing, property management, construction, and development.
Specifically, you will be involved in preparing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases, amendments, brokerage agreements, as well as purchase and sale agreements.
Key qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple projects
