About the Role
We are looking for Machine Learning Engineers who can help us build the world's largest 3D GenAI systems. The ideal candidate for this role has a combination of strong hands-on engineering skills, extensive industry experience working on machine learning projects, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
What You’ll Do
- Work within the AI model team to streamline 3D data into high-throughput pipelines and scale training infrastructure to hundreds of GPUs.
- Train, accelerate, and deploy machine learning models for 3D GenAI.
- Work closely with researchers, software engineers, and artists to integrate AI models into production.
- Optimize and scale models for performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of relevant engineering or research experience in machine learning, computer vision and / or graphics.
- Solid knowledge of at least one machine learning framework (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow).
- Very strong programming skills and ability to write clean and maintainable research code in Python and / or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D data and computer graphics.
- Hands-on experience with GPU programming frameworks such as CUDA / torch.compile / JAX / XLA.
- Experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI / CD.
