Years of experience REQ : At least 2 years of experience required in ER

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Y

Weekend REQ : 2 weekends a month

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) can be discussed in interview but cannot be guaranteed- it is based on the needs of the unit

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Y

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8 / 10's

Special Requirements : Epic experience at a 3 or 4 required. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

• Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
• SMOKE FREE FACILITY : All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
