You will be responsible for assisting clients of Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services, LLC, in their homes.

Shifts vary and are on an as-needed basis. Part-time Day and Evening shifts.

Those Duties Will Include :

• Communicating clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with all parties of the company and clients as necessary.
• Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care prepared by the Nurse Supervisor.
• To drive / escort the client to and from appointments / activities as requested.
• Utilizing client or personal vehicle, resulting in a safe and timely transport.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.
