QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a SharePoint Administrator to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA .
This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to telework up to four (4) days per week.
Duties :
- Provide SharePoint Site Administration support of multiple sites.
- Provide site tailoring using SharePoint Designer; create site content templates, web parts, web pages, list, workflows, and back-end databases, facilitating group permissions and user accountability.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Knowledge Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for organization use.
Capture and record rapidly evolving processes so new functionality can be developed, implemented, and integrated to address changes and meet leadership decision making requirements.
- Responsible for creating and managing business intelligence (BI) tools and turning raw data into actionable insights. This includes analyzing data, developing data models, and creating dashboards and reports.
- Manage current knowledge management practices as well as design and implement new knowledge distribution policies and encourage use of the new practices.
- Interact with the staff members, unit managers and stakeholders. Act as a mediator to answer the queries of the clients and staff about the knowledge management products and practices.
- Utilize the knowledge base resources and design a training module for the staff and clients to help them access the knowledge management tools.
- Encourage the staff and workers to share knowledge effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience :
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Required Clearance :
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED : Secret
Qualifications :
- At least six (6) years managing and developing SharePoint required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field may substitute three (3) years of required experience.
- CompTIA Security+ certification required.
Travel :
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment :
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Estimated Salary Range : $100,000.00 $115,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
