Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a dynamic Sales Director to join a leading professional services firm delivering innovative financial solutions. This is a fully remote role (CST / EST) with the chance to make a direct impact on firm growth by building new business, expanding client relationships, and driving high-value revenue opportunities.

This role offers a base salary of $120,000–$130,000 , with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of $300,000–$350,000 , plus competitive benefits.
