WE ARE HAVING A JOB FAIR / HIRING EVENT ON WEDNESDAY JULY 10 FROM 11AM-1PM AT OUR FACILITY IN FORT LAUDERDALE (off of Oakland Park Blvd.

and Federal Highway). REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT! APPLY NOW SO WE CAN GET YOU SCHEDULED TO MEET US!

We are hiring a handful of people to work with our client, in FORT LAUDERDALE , handling customer service requests. You will be responding to an average of 30 emails and 5 phone calls per hour!

This is an entry-level, onsite opportunity that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Our client is a national air conditioner manufacturer with a location in Fort Lauderdale.

Paid training is provided. After training, the regular schedule can range from 7 : 30AM to start and to end 7 : 30PM or later.

Plenty of opportunity for overtime and advancement. The schedules are flexible - you can work four 10-hour days; five 8-hour days;

and start at a time that works for you! Weekend hours are available as well.

Pay : $16.00 per hour to start.

• Call center position processing email tickets for service
• Workers will process 30+ emails an hour and take under 5 calls an hour on a typical day.
• Most emails are sending out Zendesk tickets
• Fully onsite

REQUIREMENTS :

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
• Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
• Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and / or services.
• Requires the ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
