Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate comprehensive project plans and progress across involved teamsMaintain integrated cross-functional project plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and managing risksFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, managing changes and conflicts as neededRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAdvanced degree (Master or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equivalent experienceAt least 10 years of drug development experience in various phases and disease areasMinimum of 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environmentStrong project management skills with advanced planning experience in MS ProjectPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage
