Job Summary
Our client, a financial association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO located in Washington, DC starting October 1st through the month!
About the Job :
- Provide calendaring / scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
- Ensure they are well prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.
- Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
- Complete additional tasks / special projects and provide support as needed.
About You :
- 5+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Macs is required.
- Excellent oral / written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.
- Ability to travel twice per year.
About the Position :
- $26 / hr-$32 / hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for all of October.
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days / week onsite in Washington, DC.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Office is metro accessible!
