Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Telemetry\nExperience : 2 years\nLicenses : RN(Compact Accepted)\nCertifications : ACLS; BLS; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\n\nDriver’s License Copy On-File

Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
