As a MBSE developer engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues to build the most innovative solutions to empower your clients to develop and deploy the next generation of space systems from Space Force clients.

You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, te chn ologies, and threats, and using innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow’s solutions.

You Have :

  • 3+ years of experience with large-scale space mission and systems engineering and integration on national security space programs
  • 2+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for space systems
  • 2+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of te chn ical specifications, ICDs, and system architecture for space systems or weapon systems
  • Experience with digital engineering tools, including Cameo or MagicDraw, Sparx, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Te chn ology, Engineering, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have :

  • Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
  • Experience with Space Systems Command ( SSC ) , or Air Force Research Lab ( AFRL )
  • Experience with programming or automating with MBSE toolsets, and utilizing their APIs to build additional capabilities not built into the tool
  • Experience building digital twins
  • Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning ( SysML ) and DoD Architecture Framework ( DoDAF )
  • Knowledge of the use cases of AI and how they could be applicable to digital engineering challenges
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve te chn ical risks and issues, develop te chn ical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • OMG Certified Systems Model Professional ( OCSMP ) or INCOSE SE Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
