Title : Data Science Manager Generative AI

Location : Atlanta, GA | Contract or Full-Time

Join a leading consulting partner driving enterprise-scale AI innovation. You'll lead a team designing and deploying next-generation LLM and RAG-based solutions that transform customer experience, document processing, and knowledge management.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead data scientists in building GenAI applications using LLMs and embeddings
  • Architect and deploy scalable RAG pipelines
  • Fine-tune models and integrate with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on end-to-end delivery
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and represent the Data Science practice in leadership forums

What You'll Bring :

  • 10+ years in Data Science / ML with leadership experience
  • Expertise in Python, Transformers, PyTorch / TensorFlow
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
  • Strong understanding of MLOps and AWS environments
