POSITION SUMMARY

This is a high-impact role with a lot of excitement. You will be able to turn information into insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation and help the company grow tremendously.

We have opportunities in a few areas, such as growth, retention, customer experience, etc., and we will align you based on your interest and strength to our best.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,700 - $245,300+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions.
  • Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments (A / B Testing).
  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why.
  • Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team.
  • Own the core and critical employment domain that powers multiple products at EarnIn.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally in team environments.
  • You have 6+ years of experience in product analytics / data science.
  • You are an expert with SQL and have experience with Python or R.
  • Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment.
  • Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A / B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with ML teams to understand model performance and its business implications.
  • Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and / or Optimizely is a plus.
  • Experience creating offline ML models is a plus.
