Responsibilities
- Partnerwith the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to craft and implement salesstrategies prepare engaging client presentations and developcompelling proposals.
- Take charge ofrelationships with new emerging and small clients ensuring theirneeds are met and they receive exceptionalservice.
- Lead the charge in identifyingqualifying and closing new business opportunities. Contribute tocreating sales strategies that align with our companygoals.
- Conduct thorough research on potentialclients and industry trends to support sales initiatives anddiscover new growth opportunities.
- Ensure theCRM system maintains accurate client information and salesactivities keeping data reliable andactionable.
- Serve as the primary contact forclients addressing their inquiries providing product informationand ensuring their satisfaction with ourservices.
- Work closely with marketing analyticsand product teams to deliver a seamless client experience andsurpass client expectations.
- Offer guidance andsupport to junior sales team members fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and development within theteam.
Musthaverequirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
- 25 years of experience in salespreferably within the marketing or analyticsindustry.
- Advanced proficiency with English ina business setting.
- Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets and managing clientrelationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience withCRM software and sales analyticstools.
