As a member of the Lockheed Martin, International F-35 Co-Production Subcontract Program Management Team you'll play a critical part in executing and management of contractual requirements with our suppliers and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and procurement, to ensure that suppliers are capable of delivering high-quality products and services. Inclusive of continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain leadership. You'll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains. In addition, you'll be looked upon to help guide and mentor other members of the team with their continued learning and training.
What you will be doing :
Manage and coordinate the technical aspects of supplier programs, including supplier selection, evaluation, and development
Ensure that suppliers meet the company's technical requirements and standards, including quality, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and procurement, to ensure that suppliers are capable of delivering high-quality products and services
Develop and implement technical supplier management plans, including supplier scorecards and performance metrics
Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with supplier performance, including quality, reliability, and supply chain disruptions
Develop and maintain technical supplier agreements, including statements of work, technical specifications, and quality requirements
Ensure that suppliers are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements
Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers, including training and development programs
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including regular communication and collaboration
Travel to supplier sites as needed
