Compensation :

• 2nd Shift is eligible for a $1.00 / hr shift premium
• $2,000 sign-on bonus*
• Eligible for Annual Increases

Schedule :

• This position is for 2nd shift but could have training for up to one month on 1st shift
• Monday-Thursday 3 : 30 PM 2 : 00 AM
• Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do :

• You will determine methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not readily available or follows assembly shop and production operations sheets, wire lists, samples, blue prints, schematics and verbal instructions to perform a wide variety of assembly operations.
• You will utilize small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
• You will identify and select components to be integrated into sub-assembly and assembly units.
• You will make own set-ups, alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions.
• You will disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, reassemble, and test units as required.
• You may provide work leadership to lower level assemblers through assignment or work review of progress and monitoring of results

Qualifications You Must Have :

• Typically requires a high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is typically required.
